2017 Fantasy Football Week 6 Rankings

More injuries hit us hard in Week 5. Clearly, the biggest one is the loss of Odell Beckham for the season to a broken ankle. His teammate Brandon Marshall was also lost for the season with an ankle injury. Despite Marshall’s slow start, it is still a big loss, and even bigger since OBJ is gone too.

If you are looking for replacements for those two or any other team needs you can read this week’s Waiver Wire Targets.

Of course, we also had a rare midseason trade this week. We saw Adrian Peterson get traded from New Orleans to Arizona for a conditional pick. Arizona has cut Chris Johnson following this trade, making AP the No. 1 running back on the team immediately.

Heading into Week 6 we have four more teams on bye. Buffalo, Cincinnati, Dallas and Seattle.

  • If losing OBJ and Marshall wasn’t enough, Sterling Shepard is also injured with an ankle injury. He is in a walking boot right now and looks unlikely to play.
  • Bilal Powell has a calf injury and it looks like both he and Matt Forte could miss Week 6.
  • Derek Carr is trending toward playing in Week 6.
  • Marcus Mariota is still recovering from his hamstring injury and is questionable.
  • Rob Kelley is listed as day to day with his ankle injury.
